Refund & Return Policy
At Reviewfied, we take pride in delivering high-quality NFC and QR Review Cards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the customized nature of our products (linked to your Google Business profile), we generally do not accept returns once the card has been activated.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only eligible if the product has not been activated and is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Customized or branded cards with your business name/logo.
Activated NFC/QR Review Cards.
Digital services such as dashboard access or account setup.
