Refund & Return Policy

At Reviewfied, we take pride in delivering high-quality NFC and QR Review Cards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

  • Due to the customized nature of our products (linked to your Google Business profile), we generally do not accept returns once the card has been activated.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are only eligible if the product has not been activated and is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or branded cards with your business name/logo.

  • Activated NFC/QR Review Cards.

  • Digital services such as dashboard access or account setup.
