1. Use of Products

  • Reviewfied NFC and QR Cards are designed to help businesses collect Google reviews by directing customers to their Google Business Profile.

  • Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining an active Google Business link.

2. Account Registration

  • To activate your Reviewfied card, you must create an account and provide accurate business details.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Limitations of Liability

  • Reviewfied is not responsible for the content of customer reviews or changes made by Google to its platform.

  • We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews or ratings. Results may vary depending on customer engagement.

  • Reviewfied shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, website content, logos, and branding belong to Reviewfied. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

5. Payment & Orders

  • Orders must be paid in full before processing.

  • Customized and activated products are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Service Availability

  • Dashboard access and analytics are provided as-is. While we strive for uninterrupted service, occasional downtime may occur.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
